Fadia Kalinda is an associate at the firm. Her practice focuses on corporate and commercial law matters, corporate governance, intellectual property, and employment. Fadia also assists local and international investors in establishing their businesses in Rwanda, immigration processes such as obtaining permits and licenses from regulatory bodies such as RURA, Rwanda Mining Board, BNR etc.

She also provides legal support in corporate secretarial services to a number of clients and provides legal advice on day-to-day corporate matters. Her primary responsibility is to ensure that clients’ business transactions are in compliance with the law.

EDUCATION

She holds a bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) from University of Rwanda, School of Law and a Post Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the Institute of Legal Practice and Development (ILPD) in Rwanda.
