We have been able to advise local and international energy companies on complex energy & infrastructure projects.
We have also provided legal counsel to several clients in Rwanda on several Hydro power plants in respect to Power Concession Agreements and Power Purchase Agreements, in addition to making recommendations to the Government of Rwanda on energy projects.
In the Infrastructure sector, we have given counsel to clients in both private and public sectors on several construction projects.
